Ludwig has officially become the Number 1 most subscribed Twitch channel after starting his “Subathon” stream almost a week ago.
Ludwig Anders Ahgren is an American Twitch variety streamer. He usually streams games on his streams with occasional sprinkles of non-game related content such as game shows, contests, and gambling. He also worked as an Esports commentator at various Super Smash Bros Melee tournaments. Since joining Twitch as a streamer, Ludwig has become one of the biggest channels on the site.
Recently Ludwig took a week long break before starting his “Subathon” stream. Ludwig would extend the duration of his stream by 10 seconds for each sub on his channel. At first the timer was 30 seconds but later reduced to 10 seconds due to the huge amounts of subs.
Ludwig’s livestream has become a phenomenon on Twitch as more than 30k viewers are watching his livestream at any given moment. People have been watching Ludwig eat, sleep, shower for the last few days.
There is a timer on the top right corner of Ludwig’s stream that shows the amount of time left to end the stream. But every day the subscriber count is going up and the timer is increasing. At the time of writing this article there is still around 56 hours left until Ludwig can close his stream.

Jake Lucky recently Tweeted about Ludwig becoming the #1 most subscribed Twitch streamer currently. His Tweet reads, “Ludwig is officially the #1 most subscribed to Twitch streamer because the internet doesn’t want to let him stop streaming LOL love this community”.

So, When is Ludwig going to stop streaming? Apparently Ludwig has set a cap on the stream at 31 days. So after 31 days, Ludwig might automatically stop his “Subathon” stream despite having time left on the timer. Until then we can watch Ludwig’s daily activities and almost every aspect of his life.
