Riot Games introduced League of Legends: Wild Rift today and only a selected number of people will be able to play the android alpha version.
Riot Games announced a mobile and console version of League of Legends back in their 10th Anniversary. And today, they have finally announced that Alpha testing is on the way starting June 6. But, not everyone will be able to test the Regional Android Alpha version.
Firstly, Riot Games announced that Alpha testing will be only available for the players in Brazil and the Philippines on Android phones only. So, if you are from other regions sadly you will not be able to participate this time.
Regional Alpha minimum specs:
- CPU: 8 Core, 1.5 GHz, and above, 64-bit processors only
- RAM: 3GB and above
- Resolution: 1280 × 720 and above
The minimum specs are also high for the Alpha testing but Riot Games said they will lower the specs before the complete launch.
The test will run from June 6 to June 27 with a limited number of people. They will be sending invites to players selecting randomly who have pre-registered for Wild Rift on Google Play.
Servers will open on June 6-8 and will be only available from 6 pm – 10 pm each day. Riot will be sending invites early on June 6. If you don’t get an invite on day 1, don’t worry they will send invites to more players as the test goes on.
