Katamari Damacy Reroll coming to Xbox One and PS4 this November

Bandai Namco’s classic series Katamari Damacy coming to current-gen consoles as Katamari Damacy Reroll.

First released in 2004 for the PlayStation 2, Katamari Damacy has been a popular series ever since. Furthermore, the franchise generated many loved titles over different consoles.

You play as a prince rolling on his sticky ball which collects pretty much everything on the planet, hence growing bigger. Then you get flung to the sky to a new stage. Although the gameplay is quite simple, Katamari Damacy Reroll provides a fun and hilarious experience. Reminiscent of the arcade days.

Katamari Damacy Reroll is available on the Switch and PC, where it released back in 2018. To nobody’s surprise, the game performed well and was praised by players for its classic, entertaining gameplay.

Katamari Damacy Reroll will be rolling to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on the 20th of November 2020. Therefore, the game will be launching on current-gen consoles just a week after the arrival of the PS5 and Xbox Series S/X. No next-gen port was announced by Bandai. We expect the game to be playable on both Xbox Series S/X and PlayStation 5 via backward compatibility. So, do not hesitate to purchase this unorthodox game.

Who knows maybe an enhanced version of Katamari Damacy Reroll for the next-gen consoles will release in the future.
