Hasanabi Raises $630k for Turkey-Syria Earthquakes Fund

Popular Twitch streamer Hasanabi raised over 600k for the recent Turkey-Syria Earthquake fund.

Hasan Doğan Piker, more commonly known online as HasanAbi, is a Twitch streamer, partner, and commentator. He is one of the most-watched and subscribed channels on Twitch. Content-wise, Hasan mainly focuses on covering news, playing games, political discussions, etc.

His parents are from Turkey, but he was born and raised in the USA. After seeing the recent earthquake devastation in Turkey and Syria, Hasan decided to raise money for charity to help the affected people. About 12 hours ago, Hasan posted on Twitter about the fundraising. According to the Tweet, Hasan is raising funds for Ahbap, AKUTASSOCIATION, Care Syria, and Turkey.

Hasan was pretty stoked about the donation as his viewers raised more than 150k in just under 15 mins. The donations kept on coming, and Hasan has raised more than $640k towards the cause.

Hasanabi Raises 630k for Syria and Turkey Earthquake:

At the time of writing this article, Hasan’s fundraiser has raised close to $630k for the people affected by the Turkey and Syria Earthquakes. The disaster struck Turkey and Syria on 6th February. The death toll has already passed 5000 with over 5775 buildings confirmed to be collapsed.

The rescue operations are underway, and Hasanabi is raising money to help with the rescue and rehabilitation. So far, Hasan’s fundraiser has raised more than $630k for different charities.
