Fortnite Season 5 Zero Point loop storyline has been finally explained and the theory makes a lot of sense.
Fortnite Season 5 Zero Point season is already out and players are loving the new season. The story, the battle pass skins, map changes, and new mechanics have introduced a breath of fresh air to the game. Galactus reached the Fortnite island at the end of the previous season and exposed the Zero point hidden inside the Fortnite island to consume it. But Fortnite players were successful in defeating Galactus with the help of the Marvel superheroes and the Fortnite island was saved.
But now the problem remains that the zero point has been totally exposed. In the Fortnite Season 5 Zero Point trailer, we saw Agent Jonesy waking up after the Galactus attack. He then receives a call and is told to take action so that no one can escape the loop. Jonesy is now gathering the best hunters from all realities to prevent someone from breaking out the Zero Point loop.
Since the beginning of the season, players have been wondering what the loop means and how is it tied to the story of Fortnite. Now the loop storyline has apparently been explained and is making a lot of sense.

Fortnite Season 5 Loop explained:
A Twitter user named FNChiefAko explained the storyline of the Fortnite Season 5 loop storyline in one of his tweets.
He explained that the Fortnite island is the loop itself. All the Fortnite characters are stuck in this loop and none can escape. The battle royale matches that we play might be possible because of the loop. This is why players who get eliminated don’t die and are sucked back up by a drone to be put into another match thus looping again.
The loop forces everyone on the Fortnite island to be unable to speak and lose their memory. This explains why Thor was unable to speak and lost his memory when first arriving at the Fortnite island.
There is only one way to escape the loop and that’s through the Zero Point that has now been exposed. This is the reason Midas wanted to control the storm and the Zero Point to stop the loop. The loop is the gateway to the Fortnite world and all characters were brought to the Fortnite island through the Zero Point loop. The Fortnite Season 5 Drift skin was originally from our reality and he was sucked into the Fortnite island and lost all his memory and was unable to speak.
The reason we are in the Zero Point loop is still unexplained. We might know more about the loop and why it exists in the upcoming seasons.
