Fortnite Season 4 is out. A lot of weapons and items were vaulted and unvaulted. Some of the noticeable one’s are Pump shotgun coming back and Tac shotgun going away.
Fortnite Season 4 just came out with a Marvel Superhero based Battle Pass. While a lot of players will be busy with the new skins. The competitive players are more worried about what loot pool changes the new season will bring. Certainly Epic made quite the drastic change to the Season 4 loot pool.
Pump Shotgun Unvaulted
Epic Games vaulted and unvaulted a lot of guns. Perhaps the most significant one was the return of the Pump after Epic vaulted it back in season 3. When the pump was vaulted Epic introduced a new charge shotgun to take its place. Now with both guns in the same rotation, it will be interesting to see what the meta becomes for competitive Fortnite.
Epic Games also unvaulted some other weapons besides the Pump Shotgun. They include the Revolver, Scoped Assault Rifle, and Tactical Submachine Gun.
Other items that have been unvaulted include Epic Shockwave Grenade, Boogie Bomb, and Rare Bounce Pads.
Vaulted Weapons and Items
Epic vaulted a lot of weapons with the release of Fortnite season 4. These include some guns and items.
According to VastBlast’s Tweet,
-“Tactical Shotgun” (all rarities)
-“Rapid Fire SMG” (Rare/Epic/Legendary)
-“Submachine Gun” (all rarities)
-“Hunting Rifle” (Epic/Legendary)
The tactical shotgun has been vaulted. That means you can’t find the Tactical shotgun in-game anymore. Only the Epic and Legendary variants of Pistols have been vaulted. That means you can still find grey, rare and uncommon pistols.
The Rapid Fire SMG was perhaps one of my favorite guns from season 3. Epic might have vaulted them because of their insane fire rate. The Hunting Rifle better variants might have been vaulted because they were just too accurate. They also vaulted the Flare Gun. LaunchPad, Stink Bomb, and Decoy have all been vaulted.
