According to some leakers, a monthly Fortnite subscription service called the Monthly Crew pack is in the works. It was referenced multiple times in a survey sent out by Epic Games via email to a select few.
Back in 2019, there was talk of an Annual subscription system coming to Fortnite. The annual subscription would award all of the battle pass, some VBucks, and exclusive skins. Many people were excited about a service like that in Fortnite but Epic Games decided to scrap that idea as we did not see any implementation.
Recently leaks have surfaced about a survey sent out by Epic Games where they are taking suggestions for a monthly subscription service. You would need to pay a monthly fee to get the benefits of this service similar to Netflix or other subscriptions. More details below.

“Fortnite “Monthly Crew Pack” Leak
In a recent survey Epic Games has sent out, this image can be seen: With the image users are being quizzed on how they would rate the monthly subscription service. Survey was brought to my attention VIA: @MarDlt_“
Apparently, Epic Games sent the survey out to a user name MarDlt_. According to the leak, the Monthly Crew Pack will include the following items-
- Battle Pass
- An outfit pack that subscribers get first and then will be sold in the shop later that includes a character outfit with an additional style, Back Bling, and a Pickaxe.
- 1,000 V-Bucks each month
Price:
The price of the monthly subscription pack has not been set yet as Epic Games is trying to decide on a good price for the service. According to the source of the survey MarDlt_, the price could be between $4.99 to $19.99 depending on the survey results.
This sparked waves of discussion on social media as to the necessity of a monthly subscription pack when we already have the battle pass. According to some users, the battle passes already provide great value so the monthly subscription cannot keep up with the battle pass. Others think the battle pass and the monthly subscription pack can exist parallelly.
What are your thoughts on this topic? Are you willing to pay a monthly fee for a service like this?
