First VALORANT Arab Championship “Strike Arabia” announced

With the VALORANT Champions Tour ongoing and the success it has achieved, Riot has planned to include more regions for the global event. Earlier today, Riot has announced an elaborate set of tournaments for the Arab region named Strike Arabia.

The tournament, Strike Arabia will be hosted by Riot games and teams surrounding the Arab Gulf, Iraq, Egypt, North Africa and the Levant will be eligible to participate. Unlike other tournaments by Riot requiring players to be at least at the rank of Immortal, Strike Arabia will not have any rank restrictions.

There will be two seasons where fourteen countries from three regions will participate. Six teams will qualify for the finals from which the victor will get a chance to play in the Last Chance Qualifiers and finally in the Grand global event, VALORANT CHAMPIONS scheduled at the end of the year.

Strike Arabia CHAMPIONSHIP

There will be two Strike Arabia Championship seasons, the first in March and April & the second in June and July. One team from each region for a total of six teams will qualify for the Arab Strike Championship finals.

Strike Arabia LEAGUE

There will also be three Strike Arabia League seasons. Two teams from these will qualify for the Arab Strike Championship finals.

Arab Strike Championship Finals

The Arab Strike Championship finals will be the main event taking place in September. The 8 teams that have previously qualified will face each other and the winner will play in the Last Chance Qualifiers for Europe, Middle East and North America.

So, with the elaborate set of tournaments planned for the Arab regions, this will give a chance to the aspiring talents there to have the spotlight and prove themselves to earn a spot in the Global event.
