Far Cry 6 release date leaked by Microsoft

Far Cry 6 release date has been seemingly leaked by Microsoft, according to their store listings.

Microsoft has been known for revealing release dates of games coming in the near future. Through, their store listings, they have ‘leaked’ release schedules of plenty of games in the past. More often than not the dates have been accurate. Such as during Crysis Remastered.

Hence, the chances of Far Cry 6 release date being a placeholder is minimal.

After a delay to Spring 2021 by Ubisoft in the past, according to Microsoft Store listing Farcry 6 will be coming on May 25th, 2021.

After the lackluster Far Cry: New Dawn, fans have been eagerly waiting for the latest entry to this wonderful, chaotic FPS series. Furthermore, it seems like this time around the game will have some changes. For instance, the first change is the setting of Far Cry 6 will be focused on a Caribbean city, where revolutionary protest is taking place against a ruthless dictatorship.

Moreover, the dictator’s actor is none other than Giancarlo Esposito, from Breaking Bad and The Mandalorian. Our favorite drug kingpin is the perfect choice for playing as a ruthless, powerful ruler.

Although, Ubisoft did not release a date, regarding Far Cry 6. It seems quite likely that the game will come out on this leaked schedule The initial release date was 18th February 2021.
