After the North American League: US Divisions draws yesterday, Ubisoft now revealed the schedule, talents, and more additional details for the upcoming R6 European League (EUL).
Unlike the double-GSL style format of the US divisions, the EUL will follow a Best-of-One round-robin format. For more explanation of the Siege’s new Global Structure see our post here.

- G2 Esports
- Rogue
- Team Empire
- Team Vitality
- BDS Esport

The 10 teams will compete in a round-robin system, and the first stage will end when all teams played with the other teams once. Here are the schedules for the first two Playdays of stage 1.
Talents
The live intense games will be brought to the viewers by some of the best talents in Siege, broadcasted directly from Ubisoft’s new studio in Paris. The talent lineup includes well-known faces like z1ronic and Milosh, as well as some fresh new faces.
Prize Pool
The EUL will have a prize pool of €50,000 for each of Stage 1 & 2. While the European Finals will have a total prize pool of €100,000 for the teams to compete for.
Additional Changes
Just like the NAL, “Border” will be removed from the current map pool, and it will be replaced by the newly reworked “Oregon“.
Official EUL stage 1 map pool:
- Coastline
- Kafe Dostoyevsky
- Clubhouse
- Consulate
- Villa
- Theme Park
- Oregon
COSMETIC UPDATES
The following uniform and headgear cosmetics are whitelisted for use in competition:
- Pilot Program 1 & 2 team skins
- Pro League Gold Sets
- Default Skins
- Future Phase 3 Esport Skins
All other uniforms and headgear are banned from competitive play. There are no restrictions on weapon skins or charms.
This should be a noticeable improvement for the Pro players, as they have been criticizing for a while now about the various in-game skins used to gain an unfair advantage.
The new European League is set to kick off on June 22nd, and you can catch the live action on Twitch, Youtube, and Mixer.
