Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance coming to Game Pass on day one

The latest entry to the popular RPG, Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance is releasing on Game Pass, day one.

Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance finally got a release date. June 22nd. Moreover, Xbox has confirmed on their website that the massive RPG will release simultaneously on Xbox Game Pass, at launch.

This means that Game Pass subscribers can enjoy the game on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and without extra cost. Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can also play the game on mobile devices through cloud streaming. Furthermore, the game supports crossplay between consoles and PC.

Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance, tells the events of the first Drizzt Do’Urden novel. Called The Crystal Shard. An all-powerful shard that grants immense power. Play as members of the Companions of the Hall in an epic quest. Full of complex rich lore, and dangerous monsters, magic, and more.

The last Dark Alliance game released way back in 2004, with Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2. Now that, the original game is releasing on modern consoles. Fans are speculating that a release of the sequel is imminent. In fact, the devs have heavily teased about a Dark Alliance 2 re-release in development.

Even though the Dungeons & Dragons series has a niche but a cult-like community. Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance released on Game Pass on day one gives a great incentive for newcomers to try out this ever-expansive RPG world. On the other hand, for RPG and D&D fans, their time of joy is near. As Dungeons & Dragons games are coming in hot one after another.

Dungeons & Dragons Dark Alliance is also releasing on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, on the 22nd of June.
