Murmuring Obols are a type of currency in Diablo 4 that you can use to buy certain items from a vendor. Here we will discuss the best way to farm these obols.
Diablo 4 has a few different types of currencies that are used for various purposes. One of the currencies is called the Murmuring Obols. This is a currency that can be obtained only by playing the game. You can use Murmuring Obols on a vendor called the Purveyor of Curiosities. The currency can be used to buy different pieces of gear or whispering keys.
While buying gears using this currency, there is a chance the gear will turn legendary. So, it is good for legendary aspect farming. Also, the whispering keys can be used to open silent chests throughout the world. So this is also a good item to get using this currency.
Obols can only be obtained from random events. But fortunately, the events are farmable. So, it is possible to farm obols. Here we will discuss the most efficient ways to farm obols in Diablo 4.

Best Obols Farming Spot in Diablo 4
Events in Diablo 4 are random and can happen anytime if you stay in an area. However, you will always encounter a random event when entering an area. So we will use that to our advantage to farm for Obols.
For this farm, we will teleport between Menestad and Kyovashad. First, teleport into Menestad and head north. You will see the random event message pop up. Then go to the map and mark the event. From there, you can navigate to the event and complete it.
After completing the event, head back to Kyovashad. Right after loading into Kyovashad, teleport back to Menestad and repeat the process to farm as many Obols as you want. You can add more area to this cycle, but that will increase the travel time. So going back and forth between two areas is the most efficient way to farm this currency.
