Diablo 2: Resurrected will let you import your save game from the classic Diablo 2.

Fans around the globe are excited about Blizzard’s new upcoming games. New games, content for old games, and new details all got announced in their recent Livestream. Four Diabolo games, along with Overwatch 2 are coming according to Blizzcon 2021. Moreover, Diablo 2: Resurrected will also allow players to import their previous save game.

In a conference, Matthew Cederquist revealed details and speculations about the upcoming game. He said, “Yes!”, during the interview about the game letting you import game files. He further said, “Back when we were working on [the remaster], we wondered if the old save files would work, and we kind of shoved it in and it worked! And we were like, ‘okay, that’s the best feature ever”.

In conclusion, they thought giving the option of importing your save games would be a good way for fans to relive the nostalgia. The interview went deep into talking about the increased visuals and audio aspects of the game. As a matter of fact, Two new alphas are coming for the game, one including the single-player and one for the Multiplayer.
