Even though Destiny 2 is free to play, Bungie sometimes releases an expansion pack in the form of DLCs to keep up with the demand of the player base. With a new DLC comes new content and new challenges. These Challenges reset every week as players progress through the season.
In the recent June 8th weekly reset, there are ten weekly and one seasonal challenge, all of which will reward players with Challenger EXP and Bright Dust upon completion. While there are only ten challenges added this week, all of them will take hours to complete.

Fortunately, most of these challenges also give massive XP and Bright Dust payouts, making it easier to reach Season Rank 100 or finish your Artifact unlocks. Some of the objectives include players running weapon calibrations and completing challenges. This guide will discuss all the challenges in week three of the “Season of the Haunted.”

1. Sorrow Bound III
Complete Bound in Sorrow III. Also, defeat 75 Scorn with precision eliminations.
Rewards:

Bound in Sorrow is the new quest of this season. You will need to complete the 3rd-week questline in order to complete this challenge. And, for the second half, you need to defeat 75 Scorns. Just run the activity for a couple of minutes, and it will be completed in no time.
2. Nightmare Containment II
Successfully completed 75 tiers of the Nightmare Containment Public Event on the Derelict Leviathan.

You must complete the public event on the Derelict Leviathan throughout the season to complete Nightmare Containment. Kill the nightmares and deposit the orb if you wish to complete this quest quickly. Although it will take some time, it will be much quicker if you can kill them fast.
3. Binding I
Bind 10 Nightmares in Season of the Haunted after completing a Tier III Nightmare Containment. Also, open up 5 Opulent Chests on the Derelict Leviathan.

To gain Opulent Keys and open 5 Opulent Chests on the Derelict Leviathan, you need to run some Nightmare Containment.
4. Loadout II
On the Derelict Leviathan, defeat enemies with Fusion Rifles and Shotguns Final Blows. Also, defeat 50 Powerful Nightmares.

5. Throne World Activities
In the Throne World, complete Bounties and earn progress by completing Patrols, Public Events, and looting Lost Sectors.

Do some bounties, patrols, and public events on the throne world. It’ll be done in no time if you repeat these steps a few times.
6. Power Broker
Reach power level 1560 by earning powerful rewards and Prime Engrams.

This is a rather self-explanatory topic. If you want to gain more power, just keep playing and unlocking Prime Engrams!
7. Long-range Calibration
Calibrate long-range weapons like Pulse Rifles, Bows, and Trace Rifles in the Throne World. Bonus progress for defeating enemies in the Lost Sectors.

You can use long-range weapons while doing the Throne World Activities to complete two challenges at a time. That would make things a whole lot easier.
8. Primeval Entourage
Defeat a total of 100 Taken in Gambit. Also, Earn bonus progress for defeating tougher enemies.

Play the gambit a few times to complete this challenge. Although this challenge will be much easier if you can play with some friends, you can also complete this challenge with random teammates.
9. Scorched Earth
Defeat a total of 50 Guardians in Team Scorched. Charged detonations in mid-air or on surfaces earn bonus progress.

Keep playing the Team Scorched challenge, and we propose that you use some good weapons to speed up the killing of guardians.
10. Ultimate Champion
Deafest Champions in any Nightfall strikes on Hero Difficulty or Higher. Earn bonus progress at higher difficult tiers like Legends and Masters.

Before completing this challenge, you may need to play a few Nightfall strikes.
Destiny 2 Season 17 Challenges (Seasonal)
1. Reaper Incarnate
Complete all of the Season of the Haunted Seasonal Challenges.

Large Bright Dust Pile
This challenge is simple. Just complete a total of 72 weekly challenges, and Reaper Incarnate will also be completed.
