Destiny 2: Bungie is Removing The Palindrome From The Nightfall Loot Pool

Destiny 2 Nightfall is getting Populer day by day, and Bungie is making some changes to balance this PvE activity. They are also removing the Palindrome and adding new weapons to the loot pool.

Destiny 2 is an action MMO with a single evolving world that you and your friends can join anytime, anywhere, absolutely free. Dive into the world of Destiny 2 to explore the mysteries of the solar system and experience responsive first-person shooter combat. Unlock powerful elemental abilities and collect unique gear to customize your Guardian’s look and playstyle.

This MMO has a lot of activity, and the Nightfall is one of Them. It is a PvE activity where players can run through various tasks and kill Bosses to obtain some exotic weapons and gear. To balance these activities, Bungie sometimes introduces new mechanics or removes certain aspects of these activities. They also periodically remove an existing weapon from the weapon loot pool.

Bungie has recently decided they will remove the Palindrome from the Nightfall. And they are also going to add a new weapon to take its place. This has created a mixed reaction in the community, and some of the veterans are asking why they are removing the Palindrome if they are going to add a similar weapon like it.

The Palindrome

The Palindrome is an adaptive Frame legendary Hand Cannon. It has a well-rounded grip, making it very reliable and sturdy in any situation. It is an energy slot weapon that Bungie introduced in season 13 and has been an excellent choice for hand cannon in the Destiny 2 community. The Best part of this hand cannon is it uses primary ammo, which means it will never run out of ammo.

Although Bungie will replace it with another 140 Hand cannon, players are not so happy about this decision. One of the players named u/Blupoisen on Reddit has posted about this. He said,

“We could’ve gotten reprised Militia’s Birthright, but nope we got another kinetic 140 HC, which is even more stupid when you realize we also got Austringer this season. Another kinetic 140 HC. Also, this is the 3rd adept 140 HC, yet we don’t have a single adept Bow.”

It seems like the Destiny 2 community also agrees with his argument. They are also not very pleased and don’t want Bungie to remove The Palindrome from the Nightfall. If Bungie removes this Hand cannon, players don’t want another hand cannon with the same stats; instead, they want an adaptive Bow or any other weapon with good stats.
