Cuphead’s one and only DLC, Delicious Last Course has been delayed till 2021, due to COVID-19.
Already delayed from 2019 to 2020, Cuphead’s DLC has now been delayed again. With the expected release date being 2021. Studio MDHR stated that due to the ongoing COVID pandemic they will halt the release indefinitely. Although the expected release date is 2021. Cuphead Delicious Last Course was announced back in 2018.

Cuphead’s official twitter announced the delay.
It is understandable why the DLC will take so long to release, especially in times like this. After all, Cuphead is an ode to early 20th century cartoons, with its perfect hand-drawn art. Hence, giving the game praise from literally every critic and gamers.
Furthermore, the game’s notorious difficulty and its unpredictable but fun bosses, make this run-and-gun one of the best in the genre.
Therefore, developers and players, both would want the conclusion of Cuphead and Mugman to be as perfect. If not even better. Moreover, there will be a new character, Ms. Chalice.
Cuphead Delicious Last Course or “DLC” has now joined the list of delayed games of 2020. All of us want a good complete game, rather than a rushed mess. Hence, delays like this are welcomed.
Cuphead recently became a part of Super Smash Bros as Mii Costumes. So there’s no doubt the game has reached the highest levels of popularity. Be sure we will see more of Cuphead and Mugman in various forms.
Cuphead’s Last Delicious Course will be coming to Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. Of course, you will need the base game to play the DLC.
