CSGO team World Ranking released by Counter Strike Professional Player’s Association

Counter-Strike Professional Players’ Association (CSPPA) is the worldwide representative association of professional CS:GO players and is the first-ever independent players’ association in professional esports. Earlier today, they released the Counter Strike teams’ World Rankings consisting of the top 40 teams.

The purpose of the CSPPA Ranking is to determine a less complicated & clearer ranking system for skilled CS:GO players and to boost their working conditions & participation in Tournaments. Points are awarded to each team by CSPPA regulations and their standings are earned on the basis of these points.

Top 40 CS:GO teams in the World

HOW ARE CSPPA RANKING POINTS AWARDED?

According to CSPPA Ranking Rulebook, points are awarded in the specific format:

• First, CSPPA Ranking Points are awarded to specific eligible Tournaments
  
• Second, the CSPPA Ranking Points of eligible Tournaments are awarded to each Roster Member of a Roster based on the Roster’s performance in such Tournaments during the Ranking Period as set out
  
• Third, the CSPPA Ranking Points of the up to 6 (six) Roster Members of a Team’s Roster holding the most CSPPA Ranking Points are awarded to the Team in accordance
  
• Fourth, all Teams holding CSPPA Ranking Points are ranked amongst each other based on their respective number of CSPPA Ranking Points.
