Launched back in October 2019, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has seen huge success over the past few months. With Modern Warfare’s Battle Royale, Warzone, releasing on March 10th 2020, the game has seen a massive gain in popularity largely because of Warzone being free-to-play.
However, many Warzone players might have not yet experience Modern Warfare’s Multiplayer- the ultimate online playground as described by Activision. So here’s your chance to see what you’ve missed.
Starting on April 3 at 10 AM PT/(11PM Bangladesh Time), all players from Warzone can hop into Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Multiplayer for free. So here’s a good opportunity to earn some XP and level up your weapons- as all your progress will carry over if you decide to purchase Modern Warfare in the future.
New ‘Stocked Up, Locked Down’ Playlist
Infinity Ward decided to set up a new special ‘Stocked Up, Locked Down’ Playlist, which will feature two original Modern Warfare maps: Atlas Superstore (10v10) and Shoot House(6v6).
“In true Moshpit style, players will have the opportunity to play a variety of team-based, game modes, like Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and more. And, with such a varied mix of game modes, players will get the chance to explore all parts of each map as they interact in different mode environments,” the Devs described in a blog post.
The free weekend will also feature cross-platform play, so grab your friends and head down into the game as there’s no time to waste. Modern Warfare free weekend will only stay live until 10 AM PT on April 6, so check it out and see if it’s worth the money.
