Are you looking for the best Rival-9 loadout to use in Modern Warfare 3 Beta? Then rest assured, as we show you the best loadout for Rival-9, including optimal perks and gear.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 is the latest game in the MW reboot saga. The series’s third game continues the TF141 saga and brings a new, revamped multiplayer experience. All CoD games to this date mostly depend on their multiplayer game mode to sustain a long life cycle.
Modern Warfare 3, like other previous CoD games, focuses on its multiplayer game mode. After the CoD Next 2023 event, the lead studio, Sledgehammer Games, announced Modern Warfare 3, allowing players to test the multiplayer experience.
Currently, Modern Warfare 3 is live on PlayStation, and out of all the weapons available, the new Rival-9 SMG has risen to the top. The Rival-9 functions like an SMG version of the G33 AR. Moreover, it has excellent damage output in mid- to close-range gunfights.

How to Unlock Rival-9 in Modern Warfare 3 Beta
The Rival-9 is available after reaching player level 14 in Modern Warfare 3, but that doesn’t ensure everything connected to the weapon will also be unlocked. To unlock some of the better attachments for the gun, players must level up their rank with the Rival-9, as with any other weapon in Call of Duty games.
Keep playing Modern Warfare 3 when it is equipped to rank up Rival-9. While the Rival-9 will always gain a constant flow of XP while equipped, players can speed up the process by slaying enemies and taking down kill streaks. However, remember that the weapon progress from Beta will not carry over to the main game once it gets full release.
Best Rival-9 Loadout

- Barrel: Rival 38E Fire Starter Barrel
- Laser: Sapphire 12
- Underbarrel: XRK Edge BW-4 Handstop
- Rear Grip: Rvial Vice Assault Grip
Best Equipment and Perks for Rival-9 Loadout
- Lethal: Frag Grenade
- Tactical: Battle Rage
- Field Equipment: Trophy System
The Frag Grenade is the most lethal for the loadout, which has excellent damage if timed perfectly. As for Tactical, the best option is to use Battle Rage, which has been buffed a lot in MW3. We recommend the Trophy System for field equipment, as it can stop flashes, stuns, and unwanted grenades for you and your team.
- Vest: Infantry
- Gloves: Scavenger
- Boots: Covert
- Gear: EOD Padding
The Infantry vest provides an additional boost to the Tactical Sprint, while Scavenger gloves enable players to collect more ammo as they get kills, which is a must for most objective-based game modes. The Covert boots act like Dead Silence by making your footsteps silent, and the EOD Padding increases explosive resistance.
