Here we’ll rank all the Flatline skins that Respawn has released so far in Apex Legends.
Respawn Entertainment stunned the video gaming world by releasing Apex Legends which is basically a battle royale spin-off of their Titanfall franchise. Aside from a fresh new take on the battle royale genre with hero shooter-like abilities, the gunplay and the ease of movement also made the game stand out amongst the sea of other battle royale games.
On top of that, the game initially launched with a pretty diverse roster of firearms. From sharpshooting sniper rifles to skill-focused weapons, Apex packed quite a punch in its weapon department.
Among them, Flatline stood out from the crowd as a reliable competitor to the beloved R-301. As most of the weapons were originally from Titanfall, diehard fans of the Titanfall franchise already expected it to show up in one form or another.
As it is an assault rifle, it packs quite a punch. However, it is also really difficult to control at further distances due to heavy recoil. Despite that, this AK-47 look-alike cemented itself as the part of the weapon meta in Apex Legends.
Since Apex Legends is a free-to-play game with in-game microtransactions, players can choose to spend real-world money to customize their play sessions. As such, over the years, Respawn has released quite a few amusing skins for the Flatline.

S-Tier skins are basically cream of the crop when it comes to Flatline skins in the game. Usually, these skins are really rare. As such, they are highly sought after by the Apex community.
A-Tier skins are also really good but they aren’t as rare or sought after by the Apex community as their superior S-Tier counterparts. And lastly, there are B-Tier skins. Top 10 Best Flatline skins in Apex Legends
Right now, in season 10 so far, Respawn has released a lot of noteworthy Flatline skins in the game. Here we’ll showcase ten of the best ones to let players know which skins to look forward to in case any of them ever returns to the storefront in a future limited-time event.
1. Heat Sink
Heat Sink was released back in season 4 as a part of the exclusive battle pass level 100 reactive skin. Since this was only exclusive to battle pass completionists, this has slowly become one of the rarest and sought-after Flatline skin in the game.
The old battle pass skins are becoming more desirable by the Apex community as more time goes by. And understandably, this one and its other metallic recolor called “Heavy Metal” is considered to be the best Flatline skins in the entire game.
Unfortunately, this skin won’t be available to purchase again as this was a battle pass exclusive skin. But that will change starting season 11.
Harlequin was part of an Octane-specific joker-themed bundle from Respawn. Aside from the battle pass level 100 skins, this one is also a fan-favorite Flatline skin. The overall gold and red aesthetic paired with joker face masks on the side of the skin really gives it a unique look.
3. Slayer’s Lancer
Slayer’s Lancer was part of the champion edition skin featuring Seer. The white gold colorway definitely caught the attention of the Apex community and it quickly became a fan favorite skin. Respawn definitely didn’t disappoint with this champion edition bundle.
4. Teal Zeal
Respawn introduced the Teal Zeal Flatline skin with the Lost Treasures collection event. As the name suggests it features a Teal colorway with subtle silver highlights at the back. And the steampunk aesthetics of the skin really turned some heads within the Apex player base.
5. Chained Beast
The Chained Beast was part of the season 8 battle pass. As per the bombastic over-the-top theme of the season 8 battle pass, Respawn went all in for this one and created this red-colored beast featuring chains.
6. Party Starter
Party Starter is basically a recolor of the Lowrider legendary skin. If you are a fan of the neon blue and purple colorway, then take a serious look at this Flatline skin. Unlike its red and orange counterpart, this one is tailor-made for players who prefer more flashy-looking weapon skins.
Supernova is one of the four basic legendary skin that is available for Flatline. It stands out from its counterparts due to its tesla-inspired design aesthetic. Also, the white and blue colorway definitely doesn’t hurt.
8. Thorned Rose
The Thorned Rose skin is a recolor of the Hazard Pay legendary Flatline skin. It is by far the most flashy-looking recolor Respawn has ever released for Flatline. The over the top watermelon colorway will either make you go awe or the other way around.
9. Reaper’s Touch
The Reaper’s Touch requires the Spine Chiller. Unlike its dark-themed base skin, this recolor showcases a subdued green color that actually looks really classy. As this is a pretty rare recolor, it is also very sought after by the Apex community.
10. Chooser of the Slain
Chooser of the Slain was part of the Lifeline Edition skin bundle. It features a really cool-looking white and gold colorway with subtle maroon accent colors. All in all, it is one of the better-looking Flatline skins in the game.
Will past Flatline event skins ever return?
Unfortunately, the past battle pass-specific Flatline skins will not return to the storefront ever again as they were an exclusive reward for that season. However, other recolors and event skins might return in the form of a recolor.
Future Flatline Skins
As of writing, there has been no new development regarding any new Flatline skins in the game. We’ll definitely highlight more Flatline skins as soon as they get announced.
