We will be looking at the best skins of our favorite Egyptian Sniper-healer, Ana Amari.
Ana is a Support hero in Overwatch and her primary weapon is the Biotic Rifle which is a long-range weapon that can heal allies and damage enemies. Her first ability is Biotic Grenade which can heal and increase healing for allies while damaging and cut off healing for enemies. Her second ability is Sleep Dart which can sleep enemies and her Ultimate ability is Nano Boost which can significantly increase an ally’s damage output and reduce their damage taken.
Because of Ana’s powerful abilities and high healing potential, she is regarded as one of the best healers in the game and favored by many. She also has a wide assortment of cosmetics and skins. She has Rare, Epic, and Legendary tier skins including Seasonal event skins and limited-time Challenge skins. These can either be unboxed from loot boxes or bought from the in-game store.
Overwatch’s has 6 Seasonal events throughout the year: Summer Games, Lunar New Year, Overwatch Archives, Anniversary, Halloween Terror, and Winter Wonderland. Skins that are unique to an event can only be unboxed from that specific events’ loot box and also be purchasable from the store during the runtime of that event. Earning an event loot box is the same as earning a regular loot box. it just needs to be earned during the ongoing event.

Top 10 Best Ana skins in Overwatch
With so many skins released for our favorite Egyptian sniper-healer, we will pick out our top 10 favorite skins. In this list, we will be only listing skins that are available in loot boxes or can be purchased from the in-game store and won from Challenge events. We will be including the default skins that are always available as well as the skins that are available from Seasonal events as well as limited-time Challenges.
We did not include Overwatch League skins as they require a premium currency called OWL Tokens which need to be purchased or earned in a separate method.
10. Tal (Epic)
At #10 we have the Tal skin for Ana which is an Epic Tier skin and it can be purchased in-game for 250 credits. However, it is an event skin and is only available for purchase during Lunar New Year.
This skin is unnerving to a lot of players because of its unique Korean Mask called a Hahoetal which was used in dances and plays during celebrations and holidays.
9. Bastet (Epic)
Ana’s Bastet skin is an Epic Tier skin. It was attainable only during the Bastet Challenge which was a limited-time event in January 2019.
The skin is named after the Egyptian God Bastet (or also called Bast). The god appeared in the form of a Lioness or a Cat who was the daughter of the Sun God, Ra. The aspect of the Cat God is beautifully captured in this skin.
Bastet was also one of the aliases of Ana Amari and it was inspired by Jack Morrison’s Soldier:76 persona.
8. Shrike (Epic)
Her Shrike skin is an Epic Tier skin and it can be purchased for 250 credits. It is one of Anas’s first skins and since it’s a non-event skin, it can be purchased at any time.
In her fight for justice, Ana Amari fought as a Vigilante in Egypt under the name of Shrike. She operated from her base in Necropolis after her supposed death. This skin is more modern and has a futuristic appearance.
7. Ghoul (Epic)
Ana’s Ghoul skin is an Epic Tier skin and it can be purchased for 250 credits. However, it is an event skin and is only available for purchase during Halloween Terror.
This skin brandishes an orange pumpkin theme with her mask representing the traditional Jack-o’-lantern.
6. Cybermedic (Epic)
Ana’s Cybermedic skin is an Epic Tier skin and one of the newer ones added to the game. However, it is a Challenge skin and could only be attained during that limited-time event.
She is adorned in her futuristic attire in a neon color theme. Inspired by Cyberpunk, Cybermedic Ana also looks like she received facial augmentations. Definitely, one of the coolest-looking skins for Ana.
5. Captain Amari (Legendary)
Her Captain Amari skin is a Legendary Tier skin and it can be purchased for 1000 credits. It is a non-event skin meaning that this can be purchased at any time from the store.
This skin represents Ana Amari when she was in Overwatch at its peak. This is the only skin that shows us a young Ana and how she looked back then. She also operated under the name of Horus and has an alternate color scheme of this skin but we prefer this one more.
4. Cabana (Legendary)
Ana’s Cabana is a Legendary Tier skin and it can be purchased for 1000 credits. However, it is an event skin and is only available for purchase during Summer Games.
It depicts a relaxed Ana with Sunglasses and Beach attire.
3. Corsair (Legendary)
In the top 3, we have Corsair Ana which is a Legendary Tier skin that can be purchased for 1000 credits. However, it is an event skin and is only available for purchase during Halloween Terror.
The skin depicts Ana in her Halloween costume, dressed up as a pirate. She also has a cute parrot perched upon her right shoulder although unfortunately, the bird doesn’t appear in-game.
Her gun is in the shape of a Blunderbuss with a Machete used as a Bayonet. The scope of the gun is a Spyglass, further sticking to the pirate theme.
2. Snow Owl (Legendary)
For the second-best skin, we have Snow Owl Ana. It is a Legendary Tier skin and it can be purchased for 1000 credits. However, it is an event skin and is only available for purchase during Winter Wonderland.
The skin depicts Ana as a snow owl, adorned with feathers, talons, and a beak. The helmet features glowing eyes like an owl and two feathers to represent the ears. Definitely of the coolest helmets by far.
Her gun is wrapped with fur and padding, resembling the outfits of people in snowy climates and the body of the gun represents an Owl.
1. Sniper (Legendary)
We have Ana’s Sniper skin as the best skin you can purchase in the game with in-game credits. It is a Legendary Tier skin and it can be purchased for 1000 credits. However, it is an event skin and is only available for purchase during Overwatch Archives.
This skin also represents a Younger Ana Amari, during her time in the Egyptian forces in the middle of the Omnic Crisis. She is in a military camouflage suit and equipped for desert warfare.
Her weapon looks like a modern rifle in a desert camo as well, suitable for fighting in the drylands of Egypt.
BONUS: Haroeris (Legendary Legacy Skin)
As a Bonus, we have Ana’s Haroeris skin. It was introduced to commemorate the Summer Showdown Tournament in Overwatch League. It was on sale for a limited time this July for 200 League Tokens. Overwatch league tokens are a premium currency that can either be purchased for cash or earned by watching Overwatch League. Since this skin is not attainable without this premium currency, we did not include it in the main list.
The skin is named after the Egyptian Deity Haroeris, a Sky God whose right eye represented the Sun and left Eye represented the Moon. This aspect was portrayed perfectly in this skin with Ana’s right Eye burning red. The feathers and armor bring about a nice contrast with a Gladiator helmet and talons completing the look.
Her weapon is also themed after the deity, adorned in gold feathers, red hot chamber representing the Sun, and dark stock representing the Moon. A Beautiful weapon is truly worthy of a God.
Best Ana skin with the Golden Gun
From the top 10, the weapon that looks the best with the golden gun is Sniper Ana’s weapon. The entirety of the gun appears in solid gold with black trim which looks very clean and desirable.
All the rare Ana skins
The Rare tier of Ana skins costs 75 credits each and is also commonly attainable in loot boxes. They feature basic recolors of the original skin in a single color. Most of the players who are new to the game and like to play Ana will find themselves starting out with purchasing a Rare skin for Ana.
