100 Thieves palced 5th-6th in the VCT NA Stage 1 Masters event getting knocked out by Gen.G. For stage 2, they are determined to make a comeback. In Stage 2 Challengers 1, they won all of their matches so far with two 2-0 wins and one 2-1 win and made it to the finals.
Xset placed 7th-8th in the VCT NA Stage 1 Masters also getting knocked out by Gen.G. In Stage 2 Challengers 1, they lost to Envy in the upper bracket but in the rematch in the lower bracket they took their revenge and made it to the finals.
The first map was Icebox where XSET inched ahead in the first half. 100T were able to equalize the score and win the map in overtime. In Ascent, 100T had a lead in halftime but XSET managed to come back stronger in the second half and clinched the map. In split, we saw a close scoreline in the first half with XSET inching ahead but in the second half, 100T managed to come back and took the map. In the fourth map Haven, we saw again the neck and neck scoreline in the first half but in the second half 100T with their aggressive pushes managed to secure the map as well as the series.
Hiko from 100 Thieves had a sensational performance with a +21 K/D and 154.8 ADR.
