They can be purchased individually from Athena’s Fortune Shipwright for 500,000 gold. However, equpping them not only require you to have a level 50 reputation with any three Trading companies such as Gold Hoarders, Order of Souls, Merchant Alliance, Sea Dogs, The Hunter’s Call, and Reaper’s Bones, but also a Level 7 reputation with Athena’s Fortune company.
